Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan at medium heat and cook zucchini.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir in the ricotta, the egg, the mozzarella and zucchini.
  3. Pour the mixture into the puff pastry. Put zucchini on the top as decoration and bake until is golden brown at 180°C.
