Instructions
  1. Put the peanuts in a mixing bowl and add the garlic, chile, sugar, lime juice and soy sauce.
  2. Stir the mixture throughly so the sugar dissolves in the lime juice and soy sauce, about 20 seconds.
  3. Add the carrots, tomatoes and green beans into the mixing bowl and mix to coat the vegetables with dressing.
