For the Salad
  1. Cook the quinoa
  2. Prepare vegetables while the quinoa is cooking
  3. Place the quinoa on plates, top with cooked beans, vegetables and drizzle with a balsamic sauce.
Miso and Balsamic Sauce
  1. Crush the garlic in a mortar and pestle with the salt until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
  3. Place in a larger bowl and whisk with fork until blended.
