Instructions
  1. using a paella dish cook the diced chicken and sausage. Put aside.
  2. Fry the onions and garlic. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft, then add the rice. Mix all together.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and sausage. In the meantime warm the chicken stock and add the saffron. Mix together.
  4. Add the warm stock to the rice mixture. (This should take around 20 minutes)
  5. Do not stir while rice is cooking on medium heat . place the prawns around the outer part in the paella pan. The mussels in the inner part and then the clams.
  6. Add the thawed peas and runner beans and the artichokes. (Cook for a further 5 to 8 minutes)
  7. Taste the rice and if the paella needs more water add a little more warm water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Always taste your food during cooking. Be the judge of your food.
  8. Serve it in the paella pan and Enjoy!
