Instructions
  1. Put the milk in a saucepan and brig it to boil.
  2. Then, in a bowl, add the rice, the cinnamon stick, sugar and the lemon rind. (You can also add a dessert wine, like the italian "Vin Santo").
  3. Add the yeast and put the batter in the fridge to rest for 6-8 hours.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter, previously floure, into pan with olive oil and fry until golden brown.
