Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in boiling water as indicated on the packet
  2. Melt butter in a sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon and the peas and sauté for about 3 minute stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the wine and let it reduce. Blend in the cream and reduce the heat, until you get a dense mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with Grana padano cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Simmer until cheese melts.
  5. Drain pasta and portion into separate plates. Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle some more cheese and parsley on top.
