  1. Melt the butter and let cool
  2. Heat the milk without boiling and add the vanilla flavor
  3. Take the eggs and divide the yolks from the whites. Mettle aside the egg whites, add the sugar and whisk egg yolk. Add the butter and mix well, then add the warmed milk.
  4. At this point add the flour, making sure that no lumps are formed.
  5. Finally beat the egg whites until stiff with a few drops of lemon juice, then mix them to the dough being careful not to dismantle them. You'll have to get a very liquid consistency.
  6. Bake at 150 ° C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. When the cake has finished baking let it cool for one hour at room temperature and then transfer it in the fridge to rest for three hours.
